Current positions 

Managing Director -
We are looking for a Managing Director to drive our expansion plan.  There will be full P&L responsibility and equity opportunity. Candidates will need to be recognised leaders in the recruitment market with a desire to have major involvement in building a market leading recruitment and talent management business.

Client Services Director - 
Our Client Services Director is a key hire for our business and will be responsible for building a different type of relationship with our clients.  Candidates will need to see themselves as talent management professionals.  You will need to have demonstrable experience of helping organisations to shape their recruitment strategies.

Principal Consultant - Global Manufacturing-
A Principal Consultant represents a senior role within Cooper Burns.  Candidates will be responsible for current and new business within the Global Manufacturing portfolio. Cooper Burns currently boasts a range of clients in this market.  The role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT sales professional.

Account / Market executives-
We are looking for experienced recruiters at all levels to build on success to date.  We are looking for recruitment professionals to manage existing client relationships and to build new ones in their market. Candidates will need to be committed to developing and enhancing expertise. 

Delivery Consultant(s) -
We are interested in individuals that are new or relatively new to recruitment who possess the characteristics we value. We want to hear from people with an interest in technology and its impact on our changing world, who are bright and articulate with a passion for learning and personal development.  Cooper Burns offers a unique opportunity to gain access to some of the biggest technology programmes with a range of the world’s largest companies.
