Interim Recruitment

The purpose of Interim recruitment is the provision of expertise and specialism to a business on a short- to medium-term contract basis to focus on specific needs. Interims are utilised in a range of situations from filling gaps in the management structure to specialist projects.

Interims are selected for their overall ability and in-depth understanding of IT Architecture or Project / Programme Management. CVs of all applicants are carefully screened to ensure our reputation of providing high calibre candidates is maintained.

Our Consultants undertake extensive telephone and face-to-face briefings with all candidates. We assess their commercial experience, communication skills, technical background and cultural fit.

Executive Search / Retained Search

The objective of an Executive Search is to identify potential candidates for senior level positions within an organisation. Typically, Executive or Retained searches tend to be for positions that pay upwards of ÂŁ80,000 and often far more.

We work closely with our clients and prospective candidates to ensure that the desired end result is achieved by ensuring prior to undertaking the search that we are fully briefed on the Company, position available, structure and environment. Each candidate is contacted in confidence to determine their interest and qualifications for a particular position. Candidates are then interviewed thoroughly prior to representing them to ensure the right fit for the client and the candidate.

Prior to undertaking the search, we first evaluate the position and make a decision to which sourcing method is most applicable. Posting vacancies on job boards or running adverts are options in the recruitment process, although usually extensive networking and a structured search is required within the particular field of expertise.

Campaign Recruitment

If you need to advertise for key appointments but don’t have the resource to manage the response? Then our “Campaign Recruitment Solution” is an ideal solution.

The purpose of this service is to save our clients time, money and effort by allowing them to continue with their core roles and functions, whilst we apply our recruitment expertise and resource to screen and select suitable applicants. This is particularly beneficial when a high level of respondents is anticipated.

We create individual microsites with specific URLs to successfully advertise your Company and vacancies available. These microsites are branded to include the client biography, logo’s and any additional company information the client wishes to share.
